Balenciaga Paris seeks Visual Production Project Manager on contract to lead strategic visual campaigns and creative projects across all channels.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Independently manage visual projects across the entire lifecycle—lookbooks, digital and global campaigns, video content—from creative brief to final delivery
  • Translate creative briefs into structured production plans, balancing artistic vision with operational constraints and timelines
  • Serve as the primary liaison between creative teams, operations, and external partners to ensure seamless collaboration and execution
  • Oversee all production phases—pre-production, production, post-production—maintaining creative coherence, quality standards, and deadline adherence
  • Build, manage, and monitor significant production budgets, tracking expenditures in real-time and ensuring project financial performance
  • Identify, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with premier production partners including production companies, photographers, directors, talent, and agencies
  • Develop detailed production schedules, identify potential risks, and implement contingency solutions to secure deliverable timelines
  • Ensure all assets are delivered production-ready for deployment across digital, print, retail, and social media channels
  • Contribute actively to process improvements and innovation initiatives within the Image Department

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in audiovisual project management, creative production, or equivalent environments (fashion, luxury, agency)
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously with rigor, autonomy, and prioritization discipline
  • Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills with diverse stakeholders including creative, operational, and external teams
  • Demonstrated organizational excellence, meticulous attention to detail, and uncompromising quality standards
  • Comfort in dynamic, fast-paced environments with strong agility, foresight, and problem-solving capability
  • Experience managing substantial budgets and negotiating with vendors and service providers
