Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of celebrity dressing requests for international events, launches, and ad-hoc opportunities.
- Manage daily coordination of celebrity dressing requests.
- Support in preparing responses to stylists and celebrity teams.
- Aid in tracking opportunities and maintaining records.
- Assist in the logistical coordination of fittings, including organizing racks, preparing garments, and scheduling.
- Participate in the preparation of shipments, including booking through FashionGPS, packing, and verifying accompanying documents.
- Check garment availability with the image team and suggest alternatives if necessary.
- Update tracking files for shipments, returns, and availability.
- Ensure proper stock maintenance and assist in inventory updates.
- Monitor the movement of garments, including handling internal requests and returns.
- Maintain frequent communication with internal teams, particularly the image team for garment loans.
- Contribute to the compilation of dressing reports and maintain organized shared documents.
- Monitor press and social media for celebrity appearances.
- Suggest talents for various projects.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with FashionGPS or similar systems.

Experience
Previous experience in a fashion-related internship or role is preferred.
Education
Currently pursuing a degree in Fashion, Marketing, or a related field.
