Role & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to store profitability.
- Organize and maintain the stockroom for efficient merchandise access.
- Balance strengths in sales, operations, merchandising, and personnel management.
- Communicate effectively with all departments, colleagues, and staff.
- Address customer complaints and feedback promptly and appropriately.
- Implement and enforce sustainability policies locally and globally.
- Partner with the Stock Associate and Operations Manager to minimize store shrinkage.
- Ensure cash registers and safes are functioning properly and maintain cash/change accuracy.
- Assist in visual display and merchandising according to company standards.
- Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of the store's interior and exterior.
- Ensure fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies are well-maintained.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within retail or fashion.
- Proven ability to drive results and exceed sales goals.
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen.
- Strategic vision and high level of personal performance.
Skills
Experience
A minimum of three years in a comparable role, ideally within the retail or fashion sectors.
