Balenciaga seeks a Talent Acquisition Partner in New York to manage full-cycle hiring and build talent pipelines. $85,000–$90,000 annually.
Role & Responsibilities
- Understand staffing and talent strategies to anticipate recruitment needs and optimize service delivery through appropriate sourcing tools and talent pool management
- Provide training and coaching to hiring managers to ensure alignment with brand recruitment strategies and best practices
- Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for all roles within the network, from sourcing through successful candidate onboarding
- Serve as primary user and administrator of the HR system for all recruitment activities
- Ensure positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, including timely, quality feedback and communication
- Create and maintain an external talent pipeline aligned with business needs
- Maintain current knowledge of talent acquisition trends and industry developments relevant to the retail and fashion sectors
- Participate in HR and talent acquisition projects to continuously improve recruitment strategy
- Champion diversity and inclusion practices and support the roll-out of related initiatives
- Contribute to defining recruitment timelines for new store openings and ensure effective implementation
Qualifications
- Proven ability to understand and execute retail business recruitment strategy
- Demonstrated experience in a high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environment
- Proven ability to source candidates and build talent networks
- Experience as a key user and administrator of recruitment databases or HR systems
- Strong understanding of recruitment practices and tools, including LinkedIn and job boards
- Knowledge of challenges and opportunities in recruiting for the retail and fashion industries
- Ability to manage external recruitment partners and internal stakeholders
- Basic coaching and facilitation skills
