Balenciaga — Paris: Talent Acquisition and Training Manager. Lead HQ recruitment, L&D strategy and a team of TA partners for the Maison.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement the HQ talent acquisition strategy and the company training policy in alignment with business priorities and Group guidelines.
  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, assessment and selection, while coaching hiring managers.
  • Supervise and develop a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, allocating resources and ensuring consistent hiring practices and standards.
  • Design and maintain talent pools and proactive sourcing channels to anticipate hiring needs and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Measure and report Talent Acquisition KPIs (time to fill, quality of hire, cost-per-hire) and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Strengthen employer brand through targeted actions (events, campus presence, HR communications) and collaborate on Group-level TA projects and innovations.
  • Develop the annual learning and skills development strategy and calendar; identify training needs in partnership with managers.
  • Design, implement and follow-up on internal and external training programmes, manage the training budget and evaluate training effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Group HR teams on transversal HR projects and prepare HR reporting for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition and learning & development, with people management responsibility at HQ or regional level.
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills; proven ability to partner with senior managers.
  • Solid project management capabilities: ability to prioritise, manage complexity and deliver to tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion in hiring and development practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in French and English.
  • Highly organised, proactive, adaptable and resilient with strong professional integrity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with talent acquisition ATS platforms.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years' progressive experience leading talent acquisition and training initiatives, including people management and cross-functional projects; experience in an international or luxury retail/fashion environment preferred.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field; master's degree or specialised HR qualifications preferred.
