Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize availability and oversee the delivery process to the central warehouse for new collections and carry-overs in collaboration with Production teams.
- Analyze delivery plans based on launch dates and priorities shared by central Merchandising.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational matters.
- Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
- Manage specific follow-ups on Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
- Update and create monitoring dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Participate in various projects.
- Ensure continuity within the Supply Planning team.
- Contribute to the formalization of team processes.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school with a first successful experience in a similar role.
- Bilingual in English.
