Role & Responsibilities
- Optimize the availability and oversee the delivery tracking of new collections and carry-overs to the central warehouse in collaboration with Production teams.
- Analyze the delivery plan based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
- Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
- Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational matters.
- Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
- Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
- Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
- Participate in various projects.
- Ensure continuity of the Supply Planning team.
- Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

- Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
- Previous successful experience in a similar role.
