Role & Responsibilities

  • Optimize the availability and oversee the delivery tracking of new collections and carry-overs to the central warehouse in collaboration with Production teams.
  • Analyze the delivery plan based on launch dates and priorities set by central Merchandising.
  • Facilitate weekly meetings with production to address discrepancies, communicate priorities, and challenge timelines and quantities.
  • Conduct weekly meetings with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to monitor operational matters.
  • Track product receptions to the central warehouse.
  • Specifically monitor Wholesale deliveries at the end of the window.
  • Update and create tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel.
  • Participate in various projects.
  • Ensure continuity of the Supply Planning team.
  • Contribute to the formalization of team processes.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
  • Previous successful experience in a similar role.

Skills

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent interpersonal skills and adaptability. Strong analytical abilities. Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI is an advantage. Bilingual proficiency in English.

Experience

A first successful experience in a similar role is required.

Education

Currently enrolled in a business or engineering school.
