Role & Responsibilities

• Execute weekly delivery tracking for finished products including carry-over and collection items, updating forecasted delivery schedules based on production feedback
• Coordinate weekly production planning meetings to monitor variances, communicate priorities, and challenge lead times and quantities
• Guarantee appropriate stock distribution to regional boutiques from the central warehouse in alignment with assortment strategy and inventory targets
• Develop and implement product launch strategies including minimum quantities and delivery groupings to ensure timely collection availability at retail locations
• Facilitate S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to align sales forecasts, production capabilities, and inventory levels while integrating delivery priorities
• Mitigate delivery risks near end-of-window deadlines and propose alternative solutions in coordination with wholesale operations
• Maintain and enhance delivery tracking and distribution reporting systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency across information systems
• Communicate delivery status regularly and transparently to central teams (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Retail) and regional stakeholders
• Measure and analyze logistics performance metrics including delivery rates, year-on-year comparisons, and adherence to delivery plans, identifying continuous improvement opportunities

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of significant experience in production planning, distribution planning, or related supply chain coordination roles
• Demonstrated expertise in the luxury fashion industry or comparable environment
• Fluent in English; Italian proficiency is advantageous
• Expert proficiency with Excel and Power BI
• Strong ability to operate effectively within an agile environment
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and independent work capability
