Balenciaga in Paris seeks a Supply and Distribution Planner (RTW) intern (Sept 2026) for supply planning, distribution and reporting using Excel and Power BI.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal product availability at the central warehouse and across boutiques by monitoring inbound deliveries and orchestrating global distribution of new collections and carry‑overs.
- Analyze delivery plans against launch dates and central merchandising priorities; escalate risks and propose mitigation measures to meet timelines.
- Lead weekly operational meetings with Production and Supply Chain stakeholders to review progress, transmit priorities and challenge lead times and quantities.
- Track receptions to the central warehouse and coordinate ad hoc stock requests from regional teams to support events and local demand.
- Define and deliver clear, structured distribution reporting and dashboards to provide visibility on stock flows, regional allocations and performance.
- Support continuous improvement of team processes and tools by contributing to process formalization and cross‑functional initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school, engineering school or a related degree program.
- Previous professional experience in supply planning, distribution planning or logistics (internship or junior role) with demonstrable problem‑solving capability.
- Highly organized, autonomous and rigorous with strong analytical aptitude and effective interpersonal skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI is a strong advantage.
- Advanced level of English; knowledge of Italian is a plus.
