Role & Responsibilities
- Analyse delivery plans against launch dates and central merchandising priorities to ensure product availability for the central warehouse and retail network.
- Coordinate weekly meetings with production to monitor progress, escalate deviations, and drive corrective actions on quantities and lead times.
- Track inbound shipments through to receipt at the central warehouse and ensure timely resolution of issues impacting availability.
- Plan and allocate central warehouse stock across regions in line with product strategy to maximise Maison performance.
- Assess and fulfil ad‑hoc stock requests from regions or for brand events, coordinating with local teams to meet timing and merchandising needs.
- Prepare and maintain clear, structured distribution reporting and dashboards for stakeholders using Power BI and Excel.
- Lead weekly cross‑functional reviews with Supply Chain and Merchandising teams to follow operational topics and implement continuous improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a recognised business school or engineering programme (bachelor’s or master’s level).
- Previous internship or professional experience in supply planning, distribution planning, logistics or a related supply‑chain function.
- Advanced English; Italian is an asset.
- Highly organised, autonomous and rigorous with strong analytical capabilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Proven ability to identify operational issues and implement practical solutions.
Skills
Experience
A first successful internship or role in supply chain, distribution planning or logistics is required; experience in a luxury retail or fashion environment is an advantage.
Education
Enrolled student in a business school or engineering school (bachelor’s or master’s level).
