Balenciaga Supply and Distribution Planner – Footwear internship in Paris; coordinate supply chain and distribution planning for the shoes division.
Role & Responsibilities
- Analyze delivery schedules in alignment with product launch dates and merchandising priorities, escalating deviations and challenging timelines and quantities
- Conduct weekly coordination meetings with production teams, communicating priorities and maintaining proactive communication with central merchandising on delivery progress and delays
- Monitor and ensure product reception through the central warehouse
- Guarantee appropriate stock distribution to regions based on available warehouse inventory in accordance with product strategy and performance optimization
- Challenge and respond to ad-hoc inventory requests from the central warehouse
- Coordinate ad-hoc requests related to brand events and promotional activities
- Develop, update, and share tracking dashboards and reports using Power BI and Excel
- Participate in process formalization and continuous improvement initiatives across the supply planning and distribution functions
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a business school or engineering school program
- Proven experience in a similar supply chain planning or distribution coordination role
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Strong organizational and autonomous working style with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in Excel; Power BI expertise is advantageous
- Advanced English language proficiency; Italian is valued

Experience
First successful experience in a similar supply chain planning, distribution coordination, or warehouse management role; ability to identify and resolve operational challenges.
Education
Currently enrolled student in a business school (école de commerce) or engineering school (école d'ingénieur); degree expected upon completion of studies.
