Balenciaga apprenticeship in Paris: Supplies Purchasing Apprentice role starting September 2026. Support component procurement and supplier management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Prepare and coordinate shipments to internal departments
- Receive and process incoming supplier materials and documentation
- Prepare sample documentation and technical files
- Photograph and catalog components for internal systems
- Encode component specifications into PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) system
- Generate and monitor purchase orders within PLM
- Track shipments and maintain supplier communication
- Follow up with suppliers on order status and delivery
- Compile and organize technical specifications and purchasing terms from suppliers
- Process, update, and file administrative documentation
- Monitor invoice processing and reconciliation via Esker software
- Maintain and update internal IT systems and databases
- Provide operational support to the component purchasing management team
- Archive completed files and records
Qualifications
- University degree or fashion school qualification
- Strong affinity with the Balenciaga brand aesthetic and values
- Demonstrated autonomy, reactivity, and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and proactive initiative
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
