Balenciaga Store Planning Intern — Hong Kong. Support the Asia Pacific Architecture Project Manager with vendor, data and administrative tasks. Internship role.
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to the Architecture Project Manager, Asia Pacific and provide day-to-day administrative support to the Store Planning Department.
- Maintain and update project data and documentation within internal systems; ensure accurate filing and version control.
- Liaise with external vendors on invoicing and quotation matters and follow up on payment and procurement queries as required.
- Track and follow up quotations and invoices to support project cashflow and budget monitoring.
- Assist in preparation of presentations, meeting materials and simple project reports for internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent; university students are welcome.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally with vendors and internal teams.
- Good analytical capability, attention to detail, and comfort working under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Available to start in May 2026 and able to work 2–3 days per week (Monday to Friday).

Experience
No specific professional experience is required; prior internship or administrative/project support experience in architecture, retail or construction-related environments is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration, Architecture, Project Management or equivalent. University students are welcome to apply.
