Role & Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in leading the store team and achieving sales and KPI targets
• Manage floor coverage, drive sales performance, oversee visual merchandising and customer service operations
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results and continuously evaluate performance against targets
• Assist in headquarters reporting and communicate key business information to the store team
• Monitor local competitive environment and market trends
• Provide quality feedback to the Store Manager and report on requested matters
• Support the Store Manager in executing and following up on action plans established by headquarters and store leadership
• Update the store team on KPI status and provide necessary support to achieve targets
• Foster a positive work environment and model brand values consistently
• Prepare and conduct team activities including morning briefings and one-on-one meetings
• Collaborate with Store Manager to manage employee issues and provide operational support to team members
• Contribute to sales team development through clear goal-setting, timely feedback, and consistent follow-up
• Act as Balenciaga ambassador internally and externally, maintaining and reinforcing brand culture
• Oversee clienteling activities in accordance with headquarters guidelines
• Maintain store atmosphere aligned with brand image and execute Balenciaga signature customer experiences
• Monitor customer satisfaction metrics (CEE, NPS) and take action based on results
• Develop clienteling mindset and strengthen customer loyalty from new customers to VIC tier
• Acquire, develop, and retain customers through data collection and one-on-one relationship building
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences reflecting Balenciaga's signature standards
• Manage customer complaints and execute complete sales procedures in response
• Build networks with influential figures in domestic and international luxury industries to strengthen VIC and VVIC loyalty
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal policies, sustainability, and HR guidelines
• Verify store appearance meets Balenciaga standards and provide team access to necessary resources
• Manage available resources to handle workload through planning, approving, organizing, and preparing activities
• Implement all necessary security measures to protect products and valuable items in store
• Execute retail excellence guidelines (FOH, BOH, and team standards)
• Oversee inventory activities and stock management, reporting any discrepancies immediately to Store Manager
• Manage inventory operations in collaboration with the Operations Manager based on results
• Verify warehouse stock is appropriately operated to match store sales potential
• Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
• Oversee store team scheduling and planning activities

• Interest in the luxury market and knowledge of fashion trends to develop new customers and strengthen existing relationships
• Customer service mindset and smooth communication skills to deliver excellent customer service and after-sales support
• Proactive and positive team player who contributes to maintaining a positive work environment and strengthening teamwork
