Balenciaga seeks a Store Manager in Wuhan to oversee store operations, sales and KPIs, lead and develop the team, strengthen client relationships, and uphold brand standards. The role reports to the Retail/Area Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage the retail sales team and oversee daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management and complaint handling.
- Lead and motivate the retail sales team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in line with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
- Attract, develop and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and a feedback culture.
- Build the customer database and maintain strong relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.
- Sustain the brand image, achieve sales and KPI goals, manage the store team, recruit and develop clients, and ensure compliance with brand processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail and customer service, including people and store operations management.
- Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, willingness to take risks and a dynamic approach.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
