Balenciaga seeks Store Manager in Seoul to lead retail operations, drive sales, manage teams, and deliver exceptional luxury customer experience.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the deputy store manager and sales team to exceed revenue and KPI targets whilst maintaining brand guidelines and procedures
- Manage floor coverage, visual merchandising, displays, and customer service operations; conduct daily, weekly, and monthly performance analysis
- Foster a positive work environment, lead by example, and cultivate a motivated team equipped with current fashion and luxury industry knowledge
- Oversee clienteling activities in alignment with headquarters guidelines; maintain consistent Balenciaga brand experience and ensure premium customer service standards
- Monitor CEE and NPS scores and implement corrective actions based on performance results
- Develop new client relationships and enhance VIP loyalty through advanced data collection and one-on-one relationship building
- Manage customer complaints and execute comprehensive sales procedures to maintain satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, HR, and sustainability guidelines; maintain store presentation to Balenciaga standards
- Supervise inventory activities, warehouse stock oversight, and reconciliation; report discrepancies immediately
- Review and improve existing procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness for sustained growth
- Build influential networks within domestic and international luxury sectors to strengthen customer loyalty, particularly among VIP and VVIP clientele
Qualifications
- Demonstrated understanding of Balenciaga product sensitivity and brand values
- Proven ability to drive new customer acquisition and strengthen existing client relationships in a luxury market context
- Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills in delivering premium after-sales support
- Active team player with positive attitude capable of fostering team cohesion and collaborative work environment
- Fluency in English and Korean
Skills
Experience
Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, preferably in a store management or senior sales leadership role; demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing high-performing teams in a luxury fashion environment.
Education
Secondary education minimum; tertiary qualification in business administration, fashion management, or related field preferred.
