Balenciaga seeks a Store Manager for its Sapporo location to lead a team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and maximizing sales. The role involves comprehensive store management, talent development, and strategic customer relationship building. Candidates should have management experience in fashion, preferably luxury, and strong leadership skills. Proficiency in Japanese is required, with English as a plus. Role & Responsibilities
- Maximize sales and provide exceptional customer experiences and after-sales service.
- Actively develop new clientele and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Maintain deep product knowledge and stay informed on market trends and competitor activities.
- Develop and execute action plans for talent management and staff development.
- Oversee comprehensive store management, including sales administration.
- Foster a positive and professional work environment.
- Collaborate with CRM specialists to grow and expand customer networks.
Qualifications
- Interest and passion for Balenciaga.
- Management experience in the fashion or apparel industry, preferably in luxury.
- Sensitivity to products and knowledge of fashion trends.

- Proficiency in Japanese communication skills; English skills are an advantage.

Experience

Compensation
Annual salary system with potential for a target bonus up to 15% of the annual salary. Salary revision typically occurs once a year in April. Additional incentives based on store performance and specific KPIs.
