Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by leading the store team and enhancing customer loyalty in alignment with Balenciaga's commercial strategy.
  • Oversee daily store operations, including activity reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team through individual and group coaching, and conduct regular meetings.
  • Expand the client portfolio by building new customer relationships and managing existing ones, including CRM and dispute resolution.
  • Manage staff scheduling, uniform distribution, and recruitment, including onboarding and training of new hires.
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements based on performance and quality assessments.
  • Implement and maintain visual merchandising standards in line with company policy.
  • Monitor and analyze commercial and budgetary indicators.
  • Participate in inventory processes and address discrepancies.
  • Oversee stock levels, replenishments, and manage repairs and alterations.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team management, luxury retail store management, and luxury sales.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, responsibility, availability, and responsiveness.
  • Established client portfolio and familiarity with the local clientele.
  • Proficiency in IT tools and a strong sense of product and fashion culture.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
