Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee store sales management, including business reporting, procedural adherence, and sales support.
- Manage daily operations of the sales team, providing individual and group coaching, and conducting regular meetings.
- Expand the customer portfolio by acquiring new clients and maintaining customer relationships through CRM.
- Handle personnel management tasks such as scheduling, recruitment, induction, and training of new staff.
- Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program and propose improvements and action plans.
- Present collections in alignment with the Merchandising policy and analyze sales and budget indicators.
- Participate in inventory management and address stock discrepancies.
- Manage stock statuses, restocking, and oversee repairs and after-sales services.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
- Proven track record in luxury product sales.
- Fluency in English and Dutch; additional language skills are advantageous.

Experience
Substantial experience in managing teams and luxury retail operations is required.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
