Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage store sales, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
  • Oversee daily team management, including coaching and conducting meetings.
  • Develop and expand the customer portfolio through networking and CRM follow-up.
  • Handle personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program.
  • Provide feedback and propose improvements and action plans.
  • Position and present collections in line with merchandising policies.
  • Analyze sales and budget indicators.
  • Participate in inventory management and discrepancy resolution.
  • Monitor stock status and manage restocking.
  • Oversee repairs and rework management.
  • Manage after-sales service for store corners.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
  • Proven track record in luxury product sales.

Skills

Excellent interpersonal and listening skills. Strong sense of responsibility and service orientation. Proficiency in IT tools and fashion product knowledge. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English and Dutch, with an additional language preferred.

Experience

Extensive experience in managing teams and luxury retail operations.
