Balenciaga Store Manager in Las Rozas de Madrid, Spain. Lead luxury retail team and drive store performance in new boutique opening.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store sales operations, including business reporting, procedure compliance, point-of-sale supervision, and sales support
- Lead day-to-day team management through individual and group coaching, performance reviews, and regular team meetings
- Develop customer portfolio by acquiring new clients, building relationships, managing CRM systems, and resolving customer disputes
- Oversee personnel management including scheduling, uniform management, recruitment, and comprehensive induction of new team members
- Ensure adherence to Balenciaga's Retail Excellence program and brand standards
- Provide feedback on results and quality metrics, develop improvement proposals and action plans
- Manage collection positioning and presentation according to merchandising policies
- Analyze and monitor all sales and budget indicators
- Conduct inventory management, including participation in stock counts and reconciliation
- Supervise stock status management, restocking procedures, and repairs or rework processes
