Balenciaga is seeking a Store Manager in Kaohsiung to lead store performance, team management and client development while maintaining brand standards and process compliance. The role requires experience in a multinational brand environment, fashion sensitivity, and spoken and written English and Chinese.

Role & Responsibilities

• Sustain the brand image and achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Manage the store team, including recruiting, retaining and developing clients.
• Ensure compliance with all brand processes and guidelines to bring the store to its full potential.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs using appropriate sales techniques.
• Act as a host for customers and consistently build strong customer relationships.
• Develop and maintain product knowledge and provide excellent, professional customer service.
• Replenish stock, maintain high merchandise standards, present products effectively and monitor product quality.
• Maintain store cleanliness and tidiness, and ensure the grooming and appearance of all areas meet visual merchandising standards.
• Support compliance with and follow-up on all store processes.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a multinational brand environment; related experience is a plus.
• Product and fashion sensitivity, with good knowledge of fashion trends.
• Strong sense of responsibility and team spirit.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
