Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations, ensuring adherence to brand standards and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Lead and inspire the retail sales team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet sales objectives.
- Maintain operational efficiency and effectiveness in line with Balenciaga's standards.
- Foster a positive work environment by attracting, developing, and retaining talent.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, including VIP clientele.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail and customer service management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Competency in MS Office and digital tools.
