Role & Responsibilities
- Manage store sales operations, including business reporting, procedure adherence, and sales support.
- Oversee daily team management, providing individual and group coaching, and conducting regular meetings.
- Expand and maintain the customer portfolio, ensuring excellent customer relationship management and dispute resolution.
- Handle personnel management, including scheduling, recruitment, and training of new employees.
- Ensure compliance with the Retail Excellence program and propose improvements and action plans.
- Position and present collections in line with the Merchandising policy.
- Analyze and monitor sales and budget indicators.
- Participate in inventory management and discrepancy resolution.
- Manage stock levels and restocking processes.
- Oversee repairs, rework, and after-sales service management.
Qualifications
- Significant experience in team and store management within the luxury sector.
- Proven ability to manage luxury product sales.
- Strong social skills and listening abilities, with a sense of responsibility.

Experience
Extensive experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment, with a focus on team leadership and customer relationship management.
