Role & Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Understand and continuously assess the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
- Identify growth opportunities and implement corresponding actions.
- Communicate high-quality feedback and reports to the Retail Head and store team.
- Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
- Provide a clear vision and goals for the team and individuals.
- Identify, attract, recruit, develop, and retain talent.
- Create development plans for store management and teams, ensuring professional growth through training and coaching.
- Motivate and challenge store management and teams regularly, organizing qualitative time with the team.
- Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, sustaining and promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
- Ensure consistent execution of Balenciaga Signature and Client experience.
- Lead by example, embodying Balenciaga behaviors towards clients.
- Know clients and prospects to define action plans.
- Attract and recruit new clients from personal networks and external partners.
- Develop a clienteling mindset and foster client loyalty and retention from beginners to VICs.
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, security, internal requirements, sustainability, and HR guidelines.
- Ensure execution of Retail Excellence guidelines in the store, including front of house, back of house, and team management.
- Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock, reporting any discrepancies immediately.
- Challenge and improve current processes to sustain growth and ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, with a focus on client engagement and team leadership.
