Role & Responsibilities

  • Define and implement strategic initiatives across the retail channel to enhance brand positioning.
  • Supervise the store network to ensure business development and operational efficiency.
  • Achieve sales targets and other key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Analyze KPIs to inform and adjust commercial strategies.
  • Support store management activities across retail, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in retail management within the luxury fashion sector.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret KPIs and drive commercial success.
  • Ability to define and execute strategic initiatives.

Skills

Leadership and team management. Strategic thinking and planning. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting sales data.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years in a retail management role, preferably within the luxury fashion industry.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
