Role & Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team, including assistant managers and team members, to achieve revenue and KPI targets while adhering to brand guidelines and procedures
• Manage floor coverage, enhance sales performance, oversee visual merchandising and displays, and supervise customer service operations
• Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly results, provide regular updates to head office, and communicate key information to the store team
• Monitor local competitive environment and business landscape to inform strategy
• Support team leaders in achieving qualitative and quantitative objectives; keep staff updated on KPI status and provide necessary support
• Foster a positive work environment and model brand values; motivate the team daily and cultivate a culture of challenge and excellence
• Organize team and individual activities including morning briefings and one-on-one meetings; manage employee issues collaboratively with assistant managers
• Attract, develop, and retain talent; support assistant managers and team members in career development and operational excellence through clear goal-setting and timely feedback
• Act as a Balenciaga ambassador; maintain and reinforce brand culture both internally and externally
• Oversee clienteling activities in accordance with head office guidelines; maintain store atmosphere aligned with brand image
• Implement consistent Balenciaga signature experiences and customer engagement; monitor customer satisfaction (CEE, NPS scores) and take corrective action
• Develop a clienteling mindset across the team; strengthen customer loyalty from new clients to VIC levels through advanced data collection and one-on-one relationships
• Manage customer complaints and execute full sales procedures in response; build networks with influential figures in domestic and international luxury sectors
• Ensure compliance with legal, safety, security, internal regulations, sustainability, and HR guidelines
• Supervise inventory activities and warehouse stock alongside store operations manager; report discrepancies immediately
• Implement retail excellence guidelines (FOH, BOH, team standards); ensure product security and safety
• Review and improve existing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness; oversee store team scheduling activities

Qualifications

• Understanding of Balenciaga product sensitivity and ability to embody the house's image and values
• Knowledge of the luxury market, fashion trends, and demonstrated ability to develop new customers and strengthen existing client relationships
• Excellent customer service orientation and strong communication skills to deliver superior customer service and after-sales support
• Proactive, positive team player who contributes to a positive work environment and fosters teamwork

Skills

Experience

Demonstrated experience in luxury retail management, with proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive commercial results in an upscale retail environment. Experience in boutique or flagship store operations, customer relationship management (CRM), and brand stewardship is essential.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in business, retail management, or a related field is preferred.
