The Store Manager reports to the Retail Manager and oversees the Pacific Fair store, its team and daily operations, with accountability for brand image, sales and KPIs, client development, and compliance with Balenciaga standards. The role includes recruiting, training and retaining talent, managing inventory and customer complaints, and building relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.
Role & Responsibilities
- Sustain Balenciaga’s brand image and bring the store to its full potential.
- Achieve sales targets and KPI goals.
- Manage the retail sales team and daily store operations, including sales targets, KPIs, housekeeping, staff training, inventory management and complaints handling.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Ensure operational effectiveness and efficiency in line with Balenciaga’s standards and requirements.
- Recruit, attract, develop and retain talent by fostering a positive work environment and feedback culture.
- Recruit, retain and develop clients; build the customer database and maintain relationships with valuable customers and VIPs.
- Ensure compliance with all brand processes and guidelines.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail and customer service, including people and store operations management.
- Inclusive leadership style and excellent organizational skills.
- Adaptability, persuasiveness, willingness to take risks and a dynamic approach.
- High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
- Good PC skills, including MS Office and other digital tools.
