Role & Responsibilities

  • Define, execute, and monitor the store action plan to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
  • Analyze sales results and conduct regular assessments to ensure goals are met.
  • Understand and monitor the local business environment, including market trends and competition.
  • Create and maintain a positive work environment consistent with Balenciaga's values.
  • Identify, recruit, develop, and retain top talent in collaboration with the Head of Retail and HR.
  • Act as a Balenciaga Ambassador, promoting the brand culture internally and externally.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, safety, and internal process requirements.
  • Oversee day-to-day store operations, including inventory management and payroll processing.

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial position within the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven ability to manage a team of at least 20 people.
  • Commitment to innovative projects and inclusive leadership style.

Skills

Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive skills. Strong organizational and precision skills. Adaptability and openness to risk-taking. High sensitivity to client experience and loyalty. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms.

Experience

3-5 years of successful experience in a managerial role within the luxury retail sector, overseeing a team of at least 20 individuals.
