Balenciaga — Serris (La Vallée Village): Stockroom Associate to manage receiving, inventory and sales‑floor replenishment, reporting to the Store Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Replenish the sales floor from stock according to store requests while complying with safety protocols.
  • Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality against delivery documents.
  • Organize, label and maintain stockroom storage to optimise space and accessibility.
  • Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktakes.
  • Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
  • Track and manage repairs and returns; coordinate follow-up actions with store management.

Qualifications

  • Minimum two years' autonomous experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
  • Autonomous, rigorous, organised and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Professional presentation; serious, dynamic and motivated attitude.
  • Operational level of English.
  • High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; driving licence (category B) preferred.

Experience
