Balenciaga — Serris (La Vallée Village): Stockroom Associate to manage receiving, inventory and sales‑floor replenishment, reporting to the Store Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Replenish the sales floor from stock according to store requests while complying with safety protocols.
- Receive, unload and inspect incoming shipments for quantity and quality against delivery documents.
- Organize, label and maintain stockroom storage to optimise space and accessibility.
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist with stocktakes.
- Reconcile invoices with purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Track and manage repairs and returns; coordinate follow-up actions with store management.
Qualifications
- Minimum two years' autonomous experience in stock or inventory management, preferably in fashion or luxury retail.
- Autonomous, rigorous, organised and proactive with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional presentation; serious, dynamic and motivated attitude.
- Operational level of English.
- High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; driving licence (category B) preferred.
Skills
Experience
At least two years of independent stock management experience, ideally gained within the fashion or luxury retail sector, including receiving, inventory control and back‑of‑house organisation.
Education
High school diploma (Baccalauréat) or equivalent; category B driving licence preferred.
Workplace
This position is based in Serris, Île-de-France, France, within easy reach of Paris.
