Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines.
- Manage and perform daily shipping and receiving roles efficiently.
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and perform cycle counts.
- Coordinate repair management and ensure timely handling of repairs.
- Monitor and resolve inventory negatives to prevent discrepancies.
- Ensure costs are aligned with budget and manage supplies efficiently.
- Perform opening and closing procedures according to guidelines.
- Coordinate maintenance and store planning updates with the corporate team.
- Submit necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Support the sales floor as needed and work on additional projects directed by management.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
- Experience with JDA or similar inventory management software.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal and external individuals.
- Proven ability to drive results and manage a team effectively.
