Balenciaga seeks a Stock Manager at Wynn Las Vegas to oversee inventory, shipping, and stockroom operations in Las Vegas.
Role & Responsibilities
- Enforce Balenciaga Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines to ensure consistent back-of-house procedures.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations, including merchandise intake, labeling and documentation.
- Perform and oversee cycle counts, monthly store reconciliation and inventory adjustments to maintain accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and negative on-hand situations promptly to protect sales and margin.
- Coordinate repair management: process in-store repairs, ship repairs weekly and liaise with CSR or external partners as required.
- Maintain and organize back-of-house (HOH) stockroom; implement loss-prevention measures and prevent sales interruptions.
- Control supplies and costs, ensure packaging and shipping materials are stocked and aligned with budget.
- Execute opening and closing procedures per Balenciaga/Kering guidelines and coordinate facilities maintenance (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pest control, elevators) with corporate teams.
- Prepare and submit required daily, weekly and monthly reports (reconciliation, packaging, inventory) accurately and on time.
- Support the sales floor as needed and lead ad hoc projects directed by store management; coach and develop stockroom staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail, with demonstrable results in inventory and stockroom management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (advanced Excel and Word) and experience with JDA or similar retail inventory systems.
- Proven ability to lead, coach and develop teams in a high-volume retail environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a track record of driving operational excellence and meeting reconciliation deadlines.
- Excellent verbal communication and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise and perform physically demanding stockroom tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 6 years of hands-on operational experience in luxury retail, including responsibility for stockroom operations, inventory control, shipping/receiving and team supervision.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, or related field preferred.
