Balenciaga is hiring a Stock Manager in Las Vegas (Forum Shops) to lead stockroom, inventory and shipping operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all stockroom and back‑of‑house (HOH) procedures comply with Balenciaga’s Operations Manual and Kering Global Stockroom Guidelines.
- Manage daily shipping and receiving activities, including timely receipt of merchandise and weekly shipment of repairs.
- Perform and lead cycle counts, monthly reconciliations and prepare the annual inventory in accordance with Kering guidelines.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies and negatives to protect margin and prevent loss.
- Coordinate repair intake, tracking and follow‑up in partnership with Customer Service Representatives where applicable.
- Maintain stockroom organisation, supplies and packaging; manage ordering to keep costs aligned with budget.
- Execute opening and closing procedures; coordinate facilities, maintenance and store planning with the corporate team (HVAC, electrical, fire monitoring, pest control, elevators).
- Produce and submit required operational reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) such as reconciliation and packaging reports.
- Support the sales floor and undertake ad‑hoc operational projects as directed by store leadership.
- Coach, develop and lead the HOH team to drive operational excellence and executional consistency.
Qualifications
- Minimum six years of operational experience within luxury retail, with progressive responsibility for stockroom or inventory functions.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to coach and develop store teams.
- Proven track record managing inventory reconciliation, cycle counts and annual physical inventory.
- Strong commercial acumen and organisational skills with a results‑driven mindset.
- Ability to lift and manoeuvre bulk merchandise and perform physically demanding HOH tasks.
Skills
Experience
At least 6+ years in luxury retail operations, including hands‑on inventory management, shipping/receiving, and team leadership within a multi‑store or flagship environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, supply chain or related field preferred.
Workplace
The successful candidate will be located in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA.
