Stock Manager role at Balenciaga Woodbury Commons in Central Valley, USA. $25–$28/hr. Manage inventory, shipping, and operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee and enforce policies and procedures according to Balenciaga's Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines
- Manage daily shipping and receiving operations with efficiency and accuracy
- Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and monitor inventory negatives in real time
- Receive and process incoming merchandise
- Complete monthly and annual store reconciliation and cycle counts
- Partner with the Customer Service Representative on repair management, including timely handling, communication, and weekly shipment of repairs
- Maintain and organize the back-of-house (BOH) to prevent loss prevention (LP) and sales issues
- Prepare and organize annual inventory audits according to Kering guidelines
- Monitor and manage supply costs, ensuring alignment with budget targets
- Order and maintain adequate inventory of shipping, stationery, packaging, and operational supplies
- Perform opening and closing procedures in compliance with Balenciaga and Kering standards
- Coordinate facility maintenance, including HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire monitoring, elevator maintenance, and pest control with the corporate team
- Submit all required daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including reconciliation and packaging reports
- Support the sales floor as directed by store management
- Execute additional projects as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Minimum 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word Processing
- Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise regularly
- Strong proven track record of driving business results
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
- Demonstrated ability to manage, coach, and develop teams effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail, with proven ability to manage inventory systems, lead teams, and drive operational efficiency in fast-paced, high-end retail environments.
