Balenciaga Stock Manager, Rodeo Drive Beverly Hills | $27-$30/hr. Luxury retail operations leadership role.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee policies and procedures according to Balenciaga's Operations Manual and Global Stockroom Guidelines
  • Manage daily shipping and receiving operations efficiently
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies and resolve negatives in a timely manner
  • Complete monthly store reconciliation and prepare annual inventory according to Kering guidelines
  • Partner closely with Customer Service Representatives on repair management and coordinate weekly shipment of repairs
  • Perform cycle counts and maintain house of hold (HOH) organization to prevent loss prevention and sales issues
  • Ensure supplies (shipping, stationery, packaging) are well-stocked and costs remain aligned with budget
  • Execute opening and closing procedures according to Balenciaga and Kering guidelines
  • Coordinate maintenance of HVAC, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire monitoring, elevator systems, and pest control with corporate team
  • Submit all necessary daily, weekly, and monthly reporting including reconciliation and packaging documentation
  • Support the sales floor as needed and execute additional projects as directed by management

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word Processing)
  • Experience with JDA or comparable inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders
  • Commercial awareness and strong business acumen
  • Talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team

Experience

6+ years of operational experience within luxury retail, including stockroom management, inventory control, and store operations.
