Balenciaga Stock Controller in Taipei City—supervise warehouse operations and inventory management for luxury retail.
Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise warehouse operations and coordinate inventory management across retail locations
- Monitor and maintain accurate stock and inventory levels in the local warehouse and across regional facilities
- Oversee logistics and shipping coordination between local and regional warehouses
- Ensure timely product supply to sales floors and manage inter-store inventory transfers
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain data accuracy
- Manage stockroom staffing and train team members on inventory protocols and storage procedures
- Liaise with retail management and procurement to forecast inventory needs and optimize stock levels
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse management or inventory supervision within a luxury retail environment
- Demonstrated expertise in inventory management systems and stock control procedures
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of warehouse, inventory management, or stockroom supervision experience, preferably within luxury retail or fashion retail operations.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in supply chain management or logistics are advantageous.
