Reporting to the Store Manager, the Stock Controller oversees sales-floor replenishment and the receipt, storage, and organization of stock. Responsibilities include stock transfers, parcel handling, product checks, inventory, invoice verification, and repair management.
Role & Responsibilities
- Transfer products from the stockroom to the sales floor according to requests and in compliance with safety instructions.
- Replenish the sales floor.
- Receive and unload parcels.
- Check received products for quality and quantity.
- Organize and maintain stock, optimizing storage capacity.
- Label and sort products.
- Verify invoices against purchase orders and delivery notes.
- Conduct stock inventories.
- Monitor and manage repairs.
Qualifications
- At least two years of independent stock management experience, ideally in fashion or luxury.
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, and organized.
- Serious, energetic, and motivated, with an excellent personal presentation.
- Operational proficiency in English and proficiency with computer tools.
- Baccalaureate-level education; a Category B driving licence is preferred.
