Balenciaga Stock Controller position in Seoul: manage boutique inventory, merchandise, and logistics while supporting store operations and upholding brand standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, label, and organize all incoming merchandise within designated inventory zones
- Confirm and process all product transfers and manage related administrative procedures
- Prepare all products for shipment with complete administrative oversight and execute proper packing protocols
- Process all returned merchandise for warehouse redistribution
- Conduct monthly and annual inventory rotations while identifying discrepancies
- Support all omnichannel processes and maintain compliance with corporate policies and operational procedures
- Secure all merchandise and valuables within the boutique and take necessary precautions to prevent loss and theft
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements
- Implement and manage omnichannel after-sales service policies at the highest standard
- Provide continuous feedback to store director, operations manager, and inventory team
Qualifications
- Understanding of Balenciaga product sensitivity and ability to embody the maison's image and values
- Interest in the luxury market with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends
- Proven customer service orientation with excellent communication skills
- Active and positive team player with commitment to fostering collaborative work environment
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in retail or boutique inventory management is advantageous; familiarity with luxury brand operations and omnichannel fulfillment workflows preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in inventory management or retail operations is valued.
