Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, verify, label, and store all incoming merchandise according to established protocols
- Organize and maintain inventory storage areas to optimize space and accessibility
- Verify and process product transfers between locations
- Handle all administrative procedures related to product flow and movement
- Prepare, package, and process all items ready for shipment while managing associated documentation
- Prepare and dispatch all returned merchandise to the warehouse
- Adhere to all corporate policies and operational procedures without exception
- Support all omnichannel processes and fulfillment operations
- Prepare and conduct monthly and annual inventory rotations, identifying and reporting discrepancies
- Secure all merchandise and valuables within the store through appropriate preventive measures
- Ensure all processes comply with legal, safety, and sustainability requirements
- Prevent potential losses and address security concerns, escalating issues to management as needed
- Execute and manage premium omnichannel after-sales service policies with administrative follow-up
- Provide continuous feedback to the Store Director, Operations Manager, and Inventory Manager

- Understanding of Balenciaga's product sensitivity and ability to embody the house's image and values
- Interest in the luxury market with demonstrated knowledge of fashion trends
- Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication skills

Skills
Experience
Experience in luxury retail inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is preferred. Familiarity with boutique or high-end retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent qualification required. Professional certification in inventory management or logistics is beneficial.
