Balenciaga Stock Controller vacancy in Roermond, Netherlands—manage inventory and merchandise flow for new store opening.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and organize new stock and store supplies in a timely manner according to Balenciaga protocols
- Maintain stockroom organization and optimize storage systems in line with Balenciaga standards and best practices
- Execute daily shop floor replenishment and monitor merchandise presentation throughout operational hours
- Collaborate continuously with store management and sales teams to facilitate the presentation of best sellers and new collections
- Support the Stock Manager and Store Manager in completing regular inventory counts and reconciliation procedures
- Monitor loss-prevention measures and investigate stock discrepancies to maintain accuracy and security
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with other Balenciaga store teams to facilitate inter-store product transfers
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a stock control, inventory management, or equivalent back-office retail role
- Strong organizational and administrative capabilities with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in computer systems and retail inventory management software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and independently when required
- Commitment to exceptional customer service standards and brand excellence

Proven experience in a similar stock control, inventory management, or warehouse role, or equivalent transferrable skills in a fast-paced retail or logistics environment.
