Balenciaga seeks a Stock Controller in Roermond to manage stockroom operations and inventory for the new store opening.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process incoming deliveries and store supplies promptly and accurately
- Maintain stockroom organisation and housekeeping according to Balenciaga standards
- Monitor daily stock levels and execute shop‑floor replenishment to optimise presentation of best sellers and new collections
- Collaborate closely with store management and the sales team to prioritise merchandising and ensure availability of featured product
- Support Stock Manager / Store Manager with regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Participate in loss‑prevention activities and investigate stock discrepancies
- Coordinate inter‑store product transfers and build strong relationships with other Balenciaga teams to facilitate logistics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a stock control, inventory or back‑of‑house role, or demonstrable transferable experience
- High level of attention to detail and ability to operate in a fast‑paced retail environment
- Strong administrative capability and confident computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
- Customer‑service orientation and appreciation for luxury brand standards
- Fluency in English
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in a similar stock, inventory or back‑of‑house position within retail; experience in luxury or fashion retail preferred.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational training in retail, logistics or supply chain is advantageous.
