Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and process deliveries of merchandise and store supplies in a timely, accurate manner
- Maintain stockroom organisation in accordance with Balenciaga standards and visual merchandising requirements
- Monitor stock levels and execute shop-floor replenishment throughout the trading day
- Collaborate closely with Store Management and the sales team to prioritise presentation of best sellers and new collections
- Support Stock Manager / Store Manager with regular inventory counts and reconciliation
- Participate in loss-prevention activities and investigate stock discrepancies
- Coordinate product transfers and communication with other Balenciaga store teams as required
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a stock control, inventory or related operational role, or demonstrable transferable experience
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Capacity to operate effectively both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong administrative and computer skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English

Experience
Proven hands-on experience in inventory management, stock control or a similar operational role; experience within luxury retail or fashion is highly relevant. Demonstrable track record of accurate stock handling and effective collaboration with sales and store management teams.
Education
Secondary education (high school diploma) or equivalent; vocational or retail logistics training is advantageous.
