Balenciaga Stock Controller position at Bond Street, London. Manage inventory, merchandise flow, and store operations reporting to the Stock Manager.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, process, and manage timely delivery of new stock and store supplies
- Maintain stockroom organisation in accordance with Balenciaga standards and protocols
- Monitor and execute shop floor merchandise replenishment throughout each trading day
- Collaborate continuously with store management and sales teams to facilitate presentation of best sellers and new collections
- Support the Stock Manager and Store Manager in executing regular inventory counts and stock audits
- Serve as an active stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention initiatives and identifying stock discrepancies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with other Balenciaga store teams to facilitate inter-store product transfers and logistics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a stock control role or equivalent position with transferrable skill set
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment with meticulous attention to detail
- Capacity to work collaboratively within a team and independently as required
- Strong administration and computer literacy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Demonstrated appreciation for and commitment to exceptional customer service principles
