Balenciaga Stock Controller (Part-time) — Harrods, London. Manage inventory, replenishment and stockroom operations for Balenciaga's retail boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect and process inbound deliveries of merchandise and store supplies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain stockroom organisation and housekeeping in accordance with Balenciaga standards.
  • Monitor stock levels and execute shop-floor replenishment throughout the trading day.
  • Collaborate with store management and the sales team to present best sellers and new collections effectively.
  • Support the Stock Manager and Store Manager in planning and conducting regular inventory counts.
  • Actively contribute to loss-prevention procedures and investigate stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate inter-store product transfers and build effective relationships with other Balenciaga boutique teams.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a stock control, inventory or closely related retail operations role.
  • High attention to detail and ability to operate effectively in a high-paced luxury retail environment.
  • Capability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a multidisciplinary store team.
  • Strong administrative proficiency and confident use of store computer systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and an appreciation for exceptional customer service.
