Balenciaga Stock Controller, short-term contract, La Roca outlet store. Manage warehouse, inventory, and logistics operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure receipt, quantities, tagging, and timely delivery of products, articles, and supplies
- Prepare new items for display in collaboration with the sales team
- Ensure hourly and accurate stock replenishment
- Maintain and organize stockroom according to directives and procedures
- Control and supervise all transfers and warehouse operations in a timely manner
- Manage stock organization by style, size, and color
- Supervise flow of goods between storage and sales floor, and prepare article arrangements
- Monitor daily placement of items for sale in alignment with available inventory
- Plan and undertake inventory operations and support loss-prevention monitoring
- Communicate daily with rotation managers and propose remedial measures where necessary
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar warehouse or stock control role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
- Collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages valued
