Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving processes to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
  • Manage inter-store transfers with precision.
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags and sales receipts.
  • Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
  • Ensure stock is organized and accessible, checking in new merchandise efficiently.
  • Partner with management and sales teams to conduct monthly cycle counts and manage store inventory levels.
  • Prepare and execute inventory tasks in collaboration with management and Inventory Control.
  • Complete monthly store reconciliation and address negative on-hand discrepancies promptly.
  • Assist in implementing visual displays and merchandising as per company standards.
  • Support the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
  • Oversee daily cleaning and maintenance of store premises, ensuring high standards of presentation and functionality.
  • Communicate needs for new fixtures and maintenance services to uphold store standards.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word. Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders. Organizational skills with a focus on detail and accuracy. Commercial awareness and business acumen. Capability to manage, coach, and develop a team.

Experience

A minimum of three years in an operational role within the luxury retail sector is required.
