Balenciaga Stock Associate position in Ciudad de México. Manage inventory, shipping, and store operations for luxury retail.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Oversee shipping and receiving operations; ensure goods are shipped accurately and in a timely manner and inter-store transfers are processed correctly
  • Maintain and replenish inventory levels of all store supplies including shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper, and other essential materials
  • Process, ship, and track repairs as needed in partnership with retail management
  • Organize and ensure accessibility of stock; check in new merchandise effectively and organize back stock to accommodate the team
  • Conduct monthly cycle counts in partnership with management and sales team to ensure correct store inventory levels
  • Prepare, implement, and execute full inventory counts in partnership with management and Inventory Control
  • Complete and submit monthly store reconciliation and negative on-hand reports accurately and on time
  • Assist with implementation of visual display and merchandising according to company standards and communicate visual directives to the team
  • Support the sales floor as needed and execute additional projects as directed by management
  • Oversee daily cleaning and physical upkeep of the inside and outside store
  • Maintain highest standards in the functioning, presentation, and maintenance of store fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies
  • Communicate needs for new fixtures, landscaping, floor and carpet cleaning, and ensure proper levels of supplies are maintained
  • Oversee all maintenance and repair calls to ensure quality meets company standards

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word)
  • Experience with JDA or similar inventory management systems
  • Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise
  • Proven ability to drive results and maintain organizational excellence
  • Strong communication skills and proven ability to interact with internal and external individuals
  • Demonstrated talent for managing, coaching, and developing a team

Experience

3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and stock organization in a fast-paced retail environment.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent; further education in retail management or supply chain operations is advantageous.
