Balenciaga Stock Associate position at Wynn Las Vegas. Oversee merchandise flow, inventory management, and store operations in a luxury retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations; ensure goods are shipped accurately and processed in a timely manner
- Process inter-store transfers correctly and track repairs in partnership with retail management
- Maintain and replenish all store supplies inventory including shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper, and related materials
- Check in new merchandise effectively and organize back stock to accommodate sales team requirements
- Execute monthly cycle counts and inventory reconciliation in partnership with management and Inventory Control
- Implement visual display and merchandising standards as directed by management according to company guidelines
- Support the sales floor as needed and assist with projects directed by management
- Oversee daily cleaning and physical maintenance of the store interior and exterior
- Maintain fixtures, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supplies to the highest standards
- Communicate facility needs for repairs, maintenance, landscaping, and supply replenishment
- Ensure compliance with loss prevention protocols and accurate on-hand inventory documentation
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word Processing), JDA, and related inventory management systems
- Ability to lift and move bulk merchandise
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and develop team members
