Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely and accurate dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper processing of inter-store transfers.
- Maintain and replenish inventory levels of store supplies, including shopping bags, sales receipts, and other necessary materials.
- Process, ship, and track repairs in collaboration with retail management.
- Organize stock for accessibility and efficiency, ensuring new merchandise is checked in and back stock is well-organized.
- Manage stock, inventory, and loss prevention by conducting monthly cycle counts and ensuring accurate store reconciliation.
- Assist with visual display and merchandising implementation as directed by management.
- Provide support to the sales floor and undertake additional projects as directed by management.
- Oversee daily store maintenance, ensuring cleanliness and upkeep of fixtures, shelving, and lighting.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair calls to uphold company standards.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of operational experience in luxury retail.
Skills
Experience
Candidates must possess a minimum of three years of operational experience within the luxury retail sector.

Compensation
