Role & Responsibilities

• Oversee shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing of goods and inter-store transfers
• Maintain and replenish inventory levels of all store supplies including shopping bags, sales receipts, tissue paper, and branded materials
• Process, track, and ship repairs in partnership with retail management
• Ensure back stock is organized, accessible, and effectively checked in to support sales team operations
• Execute monthly cycle counts and store reconciliation to maintain accurate inventory levels and minimize loss
• Assist with visual display implementation and merchandising execution according to brand standards
• Oversee daily cleaning, maintenance, and physical upkeep of interior and exterior store spaces
• Maintain and coordinate fixture, shelving, carpeting, lighting, and supply levels to brand standards
• Communicate maintenance and repair needs to ensure quality meets company requirements
• Support sales floor operations and execute additional projects as directed by management

Qualifications

• 3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and JDA software
• Proven ability to lift and move bulk merchandise regularly
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact regularly with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and inventory management skills
• Commercial awareness and strong business acumen

3+ years of operational experience within luxury retail environment, with demonstrated expertise in inventory management, stock operations, and retail logistics.
